How long will the arrangement last?
Our fruit arrangements are sold at the peak of freshness. We recommend that you enjoy your IncrEdible arrangement right away. If that's not possible, you should keep the original wrapping, refrigerate immedtiately upon receipt and enjoy within 24hours. Once it has been removed from the original wrapping, remove fruit from the skewers and store it in an airtight container and refrigerate.
Do your products contain nuts?
Some of our fruit arrangements and chocolate dipped fruit box have crushed or sliced almonds, so there are nut products in our preparation areas. We cannot guarantee that a gift will not have come in contact with nuts or nut oil. We recommend that you take the necessary precautions based on any related allergies.
Is your chocolate gluten free?
Yes, our chocolate is premium 100% Belgian chocolate and it is gluten-free. However, it is manufactured in facilities that may manufacture gluted-based products.
Do you deliver or can I collect?
Yes, we deliver to Cork city and county. For delivery charges please click here. You can collect every day from 11-2pm at our collection point in Ballincollig. If you wish to collect outside of collection times or you didnt find your delivery address, please contact us on 0894033770 and we will do our best for you.
How far in advance should I place my order?
You can place your order over the phone by 5:30pm or online by 8pm for next day delivery or collection. In busy seasons e.g. Mother's day, Christmas, Communions etc. it is higly recommended to book well in advance.
